Vinification and aging

Glenmorangie 1997 is the result of a meticulous winemaking process. Distillation takes place in copper pot stills, where the first distillation is carried out gently to preserve the aromas. The whisky is then aged in carefully selected oak casks, often previously used for bourbon, which imparts its aromatic richness. This maturation process continues for many years, allowing the whisky to develop its complex flavors. Each cask is carefully monitored, ensuring that only the very best is selected for bottling.
