Located on the deep gravelly soils of the Margaux appellation, this historic estate benefits from exceptional terroir and uncompromising winemaking expertise. Since its acquisition by Chanel in 1994, Rauzan-Ségla has experienced a true renaissance, blending tradition and modernity under the visionary leadership of Nicolas Audebert. Tasting notes
The 2015 Cuvée Ségla reveals a deep red color with garnet highlights. The nose, expressive and refined, blends aromas of black fruit, blackcurrant, and cherry, with woody and vanilla nuances from its barrel aging. On the palate, the attack is supple, the texture velvety, and the tannins well-integrated. The persistent finish reveals a lovely freshness and depth that testifies to the care taken in crafting this cuvée.
