Vinification and aging

Winemaking at Domaine Parent is characterized by a total respect for the fruit. After careful hand-harvesting, the grapes are destemmed and gently crushed. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled tanks, allowing for optimal temperature control. Maceration is long to extract the richness of aromas and color. Aging occurs in oak barrels, some of which are renewed each year to impart a subtle touch of wood without masking the wine's typicity. This meticulous process guarantees balanced and complex wines.
