    Owner and history

    The vineyard for this Bourgogne Vieilles Vignes is located at the bottom of the slope, benefiting from deep soil composed of Argovian marl and Bathonian limestone. The oldest vines were planted in 1953. This cuvée is a single-varietal Pinot Noir.

    Vinification and aging

    - Traditional, plot-by-plot winemaking with indigenous yeasts
    - Aged in oak barrels for 16 to 18 months
