      Owner and history

      The estate's vineyard is a veritable 20-hectare vine nursery where rare, indigenous grape varieties flourish. In the heart of the Taravo Valley, the vines grow in granitic soils particularly rich in minerals. The Sciaccarello grape benefits from biodynamic farming practices and therefore a pristine environment.

      Vinification and aging

      Vinification in truncated conical wooden vats with temperature control
      Aged in large oak casks and demi-muids (12 months) then in stainless steel tanks
