    Owner and history

    The lieu-dit La Plante aux Bois is located in the village of Comblanchien. The vineyard has been certified organic since 2019. The Pinot Noir vines are approximately 70 years old. They are planted in lean, calcareous clay soil with a north-south exposure.

    Vinification and aging

    Hand-harvested and rigorously sorted
    Whole-cluster fermentation, no additives, minimal intervention during maceration
    Aged for approximately 7 months in oak barrels
