    Clos Saint-Jean covers 41 hectares of vineyards located in Châteauneuf-du-Pape. The terroir is composed of rounded pebbles. The vines are cultivated as naturally as possible to showcase this exceptional terroir.

    - Separate aging of grape varieties: Grenache in stainless steel tanks and the other grape varieties in new barrels that have held one, two or three wines
    - Raised for 1 year.
