    Vinification and aging

The production of HSE Sauternes Finish Rum is carried out with meticulous care. After the sugarcane harvest, the juice is fermented and then distilled to obtain a pure white rum. This rum is then aged in Sauternes casks, a step that imparts an unprecedented aromatic complexity. The casks, which previously held this sweet wine, infuse the rum with sweet and floral nuances, while also giving it a smooth, rounded mouthfeel. This aging process is the result of unique expertise, allowing the aromas to be enhanced and creating a perfect balance between sweetness and strength.

    The team's opinion

A smooth and indulgent rum, enhanced by a Sauternes finish bringing honey, candied fruit and a refined sweetness.
