    Owner and history

    Château Olivier comprises 60 hectares of vineyards surrounded by woods, situated on two gravelly hillocks. Cabernet Sauvignon is used for the reds, while Muscadelle, Sauvignon Blanc, and Sémillon are planted for the whites. Château Olivier is HVE 3 certified and employs organic farming methods, demonstrating its commitment to environmental responsibility.

    Vinification and aging

    - Grapes harvested in crates with successive sorting
    - Winemaking in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks
    - Malolactic fermentation in barrels
    - Aged for 18 months in barrels (35% of which are new)
