    Owner and history

The vineyard covers nearly 13 hectares of vines divided into different plots, each dedicated to a specific grape variety: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, Malbec, and Carménère. The soil is gravelly with a ridge of Quaternary Pyrenean gravel. The vineyard is certified organic and practices biodynamic viticulture.

    Vinification and aging

24-month rearing period in 2 phases:
Cabernet Sauvignons: aged in 225 and 400 litre barrels, 30% of which are new, for 10 months.
Merlots: 400-liter barrels (1 year old) plus amphorae - 12 months
Cabernet Franc: 25 hl wooden vat - 12 months
Petits Verdots: 160-litre jars for 12 months
Malbecs: 500-liter amphorae and concrete vats
    Carmenères: 12-month amphorae.
Then, after blending, it is aged for 6 months in 400-liter barrels and 3 months in concrete tanks.
