    Owner and history

    The vineyard covers 70 hectares. It is composed of three groups of plots: - The Carruades de Mouton, the Plateau des Levantines, and the Obelisk. - The Pibran plateau - The Rump of Béhéré The average age of the vines is 46 years, with some vines having lived for over a century.

    Vinification and aging

    The winemaking process follows traditional methods. The grapes are harvested by hand. The wine is aged for 15 to 18 months in barrels, 33% of which are new.
