Vinification and aging

Winemaking at Château Branaire-Ducru The winemaking process is carried out with the utmost care. The carefully selected grapes are destemmed and crushed before being placed in vats. Alcoholic fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature to preserve the aromas. Aging in oak barrels, some of which are new, lasts approximately 12 to 18 months, imparting complexity and roundness to the wine.
