Pic Saint-Loup, a rapidly growing appellation

The terroir ofPic Saint-Loupis the secret to the success of the estate's wines. The vines ofGrenache, Syrah and MourvèdreThey thrive amidst the garrigue and pine forests. They benefit from a cool climate for the region with abundant rainfall in spring and cool nights, even in the heart of summer.

The three winegrowers have bet on the quality of the plant material, the agricultureorganic and biodynamic agriculture(Currently undergoing certification). No pesticides are used, allowing the rich clay-limestone soils, full of pebbles and stones, to produce exceptional wines. This multifaceted terroir only obtained its appellation in 2017, thanks in particular to the high-quality work of the three brothers. They have successfully brought out the full potential of this diverse terroir.

Winemaking is the final touch that allows the three brothers to reveal the terroir of the appellation.Pic Saint-LoupThey harvest by hand to preserve the whole grapes. Yields are limited. Vinification takes place with strict temperature control to avoid over-extraction. Fermentation occurs with indigenous yeasts. Each plot is vinified separately so that each reveals its own unique character.
