Marie and Frédéric Chauffray's greatest desire, with Domaine de la Réserve d'O, is to cultivate vines in harmony with natural cycles. Winemaking and vineyard work are carried out with minimal intervention. Biodynamic farming is a natural choice for them. Their objective is clear: to preserve biodiversity so that the terroir can express itself fully. Located at an altitude of over 400 meters on the foothills of the Larzac Plateau, the vineyard covers 14 hectares. The vines ofO Reserve EstateThe vines are cultivated in a clay-limestone terroir, overhung with stony outcrops. They are regularly exposed to northerly winds. These winds bring freshness to the grapes and allow for ventilation, thus maintaining a healthy plant health. The estate's wines are luscious, precise, and perfectly balanced. This harmony allows the wines to reach the level of the finest vintages of the appellation.
