The style of the wines

Excellence above all

In the cellar,Luca RoagnaThe winery prioritizes tannin ripeness over sugar ripeness. The semi-underground cellar, built into the hillside, is impressive. It allows for vinification, aging, and storage of the wines all in one place, underground. The grapes are transported by gravity into the large casks used for fermentation. The submerged cap method is employed for the reds to gently infuse the wine. The wines are neither filtered nor fined, and sulfur doses are kept low to preserve the wine's character.
