THEvineyardhas seen a parade of brand owners starting as early as the year910speakDuke of Aquitaineand the creation of Cluny Abbey. In 1952,Pierre and Jeanne Guillotbuy back the estate and decide to convert it intoorganic farming.This act is merely a formality, since in 1100 years of history,no chemicalshas not been used for wine production. Certification inbiodynamicsis attributed about fifteen years ago, even though the estate has never really used any other viticultural methods. In short, the vines are vinified onhealthy land.
