Owner and history

Domaine de Chevalier covers approximately 100 hectares, 45 of which are planted with vines. Red grape varieties predominate, covering 40 hectares. The vineyard adheres to an environmentally friendly approach and takes particular care to treat each vine as naturally as possible. The focus on individual plots is taken to its extreme! Each plot, each vine, is treated separately.

Vinification and aging

- Grapes are sorted manually in the vineyard and then on a sorting table
- Aged for 18 months in barrels (35% new oak)
