    Owner and history

    Spanning nearly 51 hectares, the vines are on average between 35 and 40 years old.

    Vinification and aging

    The grapes are harvested by hand, and vinification takes place in mixed stainless steel and concrete vats. The wine is aged for 16 to 18 months in oak barrels, 40% of which are new each year.
