    34 hectares in production out of 37 hectares in total. The cuvée is a blend of 21 different parcels from 4 terroirs: foot of Côtes, hillsides, Terraces and Plateaus.

    - Aged for 13 to 15 months, 30% in new oak barrels, 20% in one-year-old barrels, 20% in two-year-old barrels, 20% in amphorae and 10% in stainless steel tanks
