    Vinification and aging

Winemaking at Château Lynch-Moussas is carried out with great respect for tradition. The grapes are harvested by hand and then carefully sorted to retain only the very best. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, allowing for precise temperature management. After fermentation, the wine is aged in oak barrels, 30% of which are new, for 12 to 15 months. This aging process imparts structure and complexity to the wine, while preserving the expression of the fruit and terroir.
