    Owner and history

    12ha vineyard located between Pétrus and Cheval Blanc. The vines are planted with a density of 7000 vines/ha for a yield of 35 to 40 hl/ha. The average age of the vines is 34 years.

    Vinification and aging

    The grape harvest is entirely done by hand.
    The maceration is done cold for 2 to 4 days, followed by a fermentation period of 14 to 28 days.
    The aging process lasts 18 months, in 50 to 80% new barrels.
