    Owner and history

    Between Château Cos d'Estournel and Château Montrose, Château Haut Marbuzet is located on the aptly named Marbuzet plateau. The vineyard is composed of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot, and 10% Cabernet Franc. The planting density is 9,000 vines per hectare, with an average vine age of 35 years.

    Vinification and aging

    Harvest from September 11th to 29th, 2020. Racking on October 5th, minimal pump-overs and no press wine added. Lowest yield in 60 years: 30 hl/ha
