Vinification and aging

Winemaking at Château d'Issan Winemaking is a meticulous art, blending tradition and innovation. The carefully selected grapes are vinified in stainless steel tanks to preserve their purity. Aging takes place in oak barrels, some of which are new, allowing for a subtle touch of wood without masking the fruit's expression.
