19.5 ha, the average age of the vines is 45 years on clay-limestone soil with a layer of sand

Vinification and aging

Hand-harvested. Vinification in temperature-controlled wooden vats for 18 to 26 days. Aged by malolactic fermentation in new oak barrels (80% to 100%) on fine lees for 14 to 18 months.
