    Vinification and aging

    Winemaking at Château Bélair-Monange is a meticulous art, combining tradition and innovation. The carefully selected grapes are fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve the freshness and purity of the aromas. Aging takes place in oak barrels, some of which are new, allowing the wine to develop its complexity while subtly integrating the woody notes. Each step is carried out with particular attention, guaranteeing a wine of great finesse and beautiful structure.
