Vinification and aging

Winemaking at Château Beauséjour is crafted with meticulous care. The hand-harvested grapes are rigorously sorted before being destemmed and crushed. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, allowing for precise temperature management and optimal extraction of aromas. The wine is then aged in oak barrels, some of which are new, for 12 to 18 months. This aging process imparts complexity and aging potential to the wine, while subtly integrating oak notes with the fruity aromas.
