    Owner and history

    The vineyard is located on the western plateau of Saint-Émilion, in the former parish of Saint-Martin de Mazaret. The vineyard covers 16 hectares, and the average age of the vines is 35 years.

    Vinification and aging

    Hand-harvested. Fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and selected by plot. Maceration lasts 30 days. Malolactic fermentation takes place in new oak barrels (85%).
