      Climate and vineyards

A Provençal terroir nurtured by the mistral wind

The 30 hectares of vineyards (23 of which are in production) are perched between350 and 420 metersaltitude. This height allows it to escape the strong influences of the sea while still benefiting from the sea air. Between sea and mountains, the vineyard benefits from significant temperature differences between day and night, which give the wines freshness and vibrancy.MourvèdreAndGrenachethrive in this very special terroir.
