We end this lovely day in the heart of the Côte-de-Nuits, with a domaine iconic and world-renowned: Méo-Camuzet ! Between the plots of La Tâche and Romanée Saint-VivantMéo-Camuzet enjoys a superb location. Between the 2017 vintage barrels, and even directly on top of them, the cellar master introduces us to the different cuvées. He also creates a live blend for us from the various aging containers.

He then introduces us to the following climates: Nuits-Saint-Georges 1er Cru At Murgers And 1er Cru At Les Boudots, Vosne-Romanée 1er Cru The Chaumes, 1er Cru At Les Brulées Vosne-Romanée And 1er Cru At Cros Parantoux. As well as Corton Grand Cru Clos Rognet, Echezeaux Grand Cru and finally the very famous Richebourg Grand CruRegarding the 2016 vintage, we are tasting the Vosne Romanée, Corton Grand Cru Les Perrières, THE Clos Vougeot Grand Cru 2016 and finally a Saint-Romain White.
In conclusion: unanimously loved the Cros Parantoux 2017What a marvel, what an emotion! A finesse and freshness that are already beautifully expressed; a wine of exquisite delicacy. Not to mention the fascinating history that this plot of land holds, intimately linked to that of the illustrious winemaker Henri Jayer. It is located right next to the Premier Cru Aux Brulées, and yet, despite this, expresses itself in a completely different way. Méo-Camuzet She works 30 ares on this plot. It is for the smallest vintage of the domaine, but also the most famous. We have just experienced a wonderful and captivating tasting moment!
