Vinification and aging

The vinification of Clarté de Haut Brion is carried out with meticulous attention, respecting the traditions of Château. After a manual harvest, the grapes are gently pressed, followed by controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve the freshness of the aromas.
