The vineyard of Château Larrivet Haut-Brion The estate spans carefully selected plots, where the clay-limestone soil plays a vital role in expressing the grape varieties. Owner and history

Since 1987, the property has been owned by the Gervoson family and has regained the viticultural unity it possessed at the beginning of the century. The vineyard covers 72 hectares and its soils are characteristic of the middle terrace of the Graves region of Bordeaux. The current owners are committed to sustainable viticulture, seeking to preserve the local ecosystem. Their vision is to produce wines that reflect not only the terroir, but also their love for winemaking. Thanks to their determination and passion, the domaine continues to stand out on the international wine scene.

Vinification and aging

The winemaking process Château Larrivet Haut-Brion The 2025 white wine is crafted with meticulous care. The hand-harvested grapes are gently pressed to preserve their integrity. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, allowing for precise temperature control.
