Distillation takes place in copper pot stills, capturing the very essence of Caribbean flavors. After distillation, the rum is aged in oak barrels, where it develops its complexity and unique character. This eight-year aging process imparts woody notes and an aromatic depth that will delight spirits connoisseurs.
