Balance in the vineyard
It was Jean-Claude Rouzaud, Camille's grandson, who then took over the management of the estate. An oenologist and agricultural engineer, he embarked on the consolidation of the vineyard. The grapes are harvested by hand and pressed on-site. Vinification is carried out plot by plot to ensure respect for the origin of the grapes. In this way, the specific grapes are known down to the vine row, guaranteeing traceability. The vines are protected from any external influences, and the balance of each plot is preserved.
